🔓Granting Replying Permission to Users

In R2-D2, you have the ability to grant specific users the permission to reply to emails directly from Discord. This allows you to control who can send replies and maintain the quality and security of your email communication.

2. Look for the "Authorized Members" section.

3. In this section, you will see a list of your Discord members who have access to reply to emails.

5. Select the Discord username of the user you want to grant replying permission to.

Once a user has been granted replying permission, they will be able to send replies to emails directly from the Discord threads. They can simply type their response in the thread and use the ✅ emoji to send the reply. It's important to ensure that only trusted individuals with the necessary authorization have this permission to maintain the security and integrity of your email communication.
