In R2-D2, you have the ability to grant specific users the permission to reply to emails directly from Discord. This allows you to control who can send replies and maintain the quality and security of your email communication.
Navigate to the Settings page in your R2-D2 dashboard.
Look for the "Authorized Members" section.
In this section, you will see a list of your Discord members who have access to reply to emails.
To grant permission to a new user, click that field.
Select the Discord username of the user you want to grant replying permission to.
Save the changes or update the settings to apply the new permission.
Once a user has been granted replying permission, they will be able to directly from the Discord threads. They can simply type their response in the thread and use the ✅ emoji to send the reply. It's important to ensure that only trusted individuals with the necessary authorization have this permission to maintain the security and integrity of your email communication.
Remember, you have the flexibility to manage and modify the list of authorized users at any time. You can add or remove users as needed to control who can reply to emails through R2-D2.
