To view an email in R2-D2 Bot, follow these steps:
Locate the View Email button: In the Discord channel where the email is displayed, you will find a "View Email" button located under the email message. This button allows you to open the email in your web browser to view it as HTML.
Click the View Email button: Simply click the "View Email" button, and R2-D2 Bot will generate a reply with a signed URL of the email. This URL is unique to you and provides secure access to view the email as HTML.
Access the email in your browser: Open the reply message and click on the provided link to open the email in your web browser. You will be able to view the email's content in its original HTML format.
It's important to note the following details for security and privacy:
Time-limited access: The URL provided to view the email in your browser is valid for a limited time, typically 10 minutes. After that, it will expire and become inaccessible.
Single-use access: The URL is designed for a one-time view of the email. Once you have accessed the email using the provided link, the URL will no longer be valid.
By utilizing the "View Email" feature in R2-D2 Bot, you can conveniently open emails in your web browser and view them in their original HTML format. This ensures a true representation of the email's content and layout for a better viewing experience.
